Landscape Manager Job Description:

-Learn Jobber scheduling system and use it to its full potential. Complete tasks, jobs, correctly.
-Coordinate with the Operations Manager with any solutions needed or issues
-In charge of all fuel for lawn crew. Fuel should be filled up a day before first lawn day of week.
-Coordinate with Operations Manager for payment needed.
-Keep on top of equipment, if any issues arise with equipment, report to mechanic
-Keep crew motivated/morale of crew high
-Make sure all jobs are completed properly serviced from start to finish.
-Interacts with clients. Therefore, they must be customer oriented and have good verbal and written communication skills. And they will demonstrate a desire to learn.
