A smart home is only truly successful when the technology disappears into the design.

At our Palm Island project, we’re now at the stage where months of planning, coordination, and technical decisions come together in the final details.

This is where precision matters most — making every control, system, and interface feel intentional, refined, and completely natural within the space.

Take a closer look at how we approach the final integration at 297 Palm Island.

Back at our Hibiscus Island project as we move into the second phase of installation.

Now the focus is on bringing the system together — installing Lutron modules, speakers and amplifiers, completing the final connections, and preparing everything for a clean finish.

For this project, we separated the Lutron lighting system by floor, giving each level its own dedicated control infrastructure. It’s a more organized, scalable approach that makes the entire system easier to manage and service.

Step by step, the technology behind the walls is turning into a fully integrated smart home.

Inside our Heron Bay project in Parkland — where every detail of the smart home system is being carefully integrated into the architecture.

Lutron lighting and motorized shades, Josh.ai control, distributed audio, TV, video and networking — all working together as one complete ecosystem.

From custom shade pockets and precisely aligned keypads to angled speakers designed to focus sound exactly where it’s needed, every element is planned for both performance and a clean, seamless finish.

This is what true custom integration looks like — technology designed around the home, not added to it.
