Last week was a busy one!

This yard got a whole new look.
✅three removals
✅stumps ground
✅yard leveled

All three trees were rotting, so this cleanup made way for new sewer lines and then onto new landscape! It will be fun to see the finished product when every piece is done!

Prep work on this windy Monday. 🍃

We have a silver maple and pin oak on the list, but the wind has another plan today. Perfect morning to get the rock around the tree all cleared out and ready for stump grinding within the next couple of days!

5 whole years!

We’re really not sure where the last five years went, but here we are! In 2021 this business started out with a skid loader and shear. Cedar tree clearance was the name of the game, but the plan was always to add more services.

Fast forward to today, and we are on our third bucket truck, second stump grinder, have a chipper, traded the skid loader for a mini pay loader, and no longer dabble in the world of shearing. On top of all that, Riley fulfilled his dream of becoming a certified arborist.

It has been quite an adventure! We’ve met so many people, networked with lots of businesses, and completed jobs that we would have never taken on when we started. There have been days where we hung our heads praying for better days to come, and days where we have rejoiced in our accomplishments!

Owning a business is not for the faint of heart, but we definitely could not have made it this far without the support from each of you! So, while we sit here and celebrate five years, we want to say THANK YOU to everyone who stood by us!

The last couple of weeks were spent at Lazy River Acres. 🌊

Cottonwoods were the challenge at hand. Worrisome branches were cleaned out and dead trees taken down. These towering trees had us working from 70ft up for a large portion of the job. It improved the safety of the yards and structures around them, and spruced up the landscape. These yards are all ready for river season!

A different truck means new opportunities for PTS!🚛

As many have seen, we got an elevator truck a couple months ago. This has given us the ability to complete jobs our other truck could not begin to touch.

truck capabilities:
-75ft working height
-49ft side reach
-fiber glass insulated boom for work around power lines

The elevator allows for extra height reaching further than many lifts and other bucket trucks. More importantly, though, it allows us to be able to change angles of the boom completing jobs with just one setup of the truck. One setup=efficiency, therefore, requiring less time on the job site and less money out of our customer’s pocket.
