Check out our newest modular condo construction project! Modular buildings are prefabricated buildings that consist of repeated sections called modules. "Modular" is a construction method that involves constructing sections away from the building site, then delivering them to the intended site. Installation of the prefabricated sections is completed on site. Prefabricated sections are placed using a crane. The modules can be placed side-by-side, end-to-end, or stacked, allowing a variety of configurations and styles. Look for photos of the final product in 2019!

We now have some office space (and some storage space – not listed in the brochure) available in our bldg. on 77 Metcalf Road, Avon. If you or anyone you know is interested in some space, please let me know. We are also considering dividing it into two smaller spaces so if you are in need of 800+sf or so vs the 1600+ sf, please also let me know as we might be able to make that work. I have attached a brochure giving some details on the office space.
