Partially sink a hot tub in the deck..... no problem! Fencescapes has done it again! We have built a custom pre-stained deck into the existing landscape at this home on the Southside. We began this big project by removing the existing deck. First thing we did after building the platform was building an ultra heavy-duty secondary platform at ground level to place the hot tub on. After we got the hot tub oriented how the homeowners wanted it, we could begin the primary deck construction. This deck is severely over engineered. We like to build our structures as if you're going to have a block party all standing on your deck at the same time. This beautiful deck was no exception. We had a few challenges regarding existing landscape, and being careful to not damage or move any of the decorations. The final result is this very large stunning Fencescapes deck. Make sure you look at all of the pictures to see the detail and craftsmanship we put into this deck. We hid drain pipes coming out underneath and work our way around some of the big trees. We built a hidden step compartment to retain necessary access to the motor and controls of the hot tub. Let Fencescapes build your next deck. She made the right choice! This homeowner removed her original deck that lived for decades behind her beautiful home. She was told to just do concrete because it's easier, but like many, she loved the warmth and beauty of a wooden deck. This is where Fencescapes comes in! We were asked to provide a free on-site consultation and quote. During our visit we went over several different options based off of looks and budget. After a lot of back and forth conversation, we both agreed that a Fencescapes pre-stained pressure treated custom deck was the right choice. We started and finished this 14x27 platform deck in a tick under 5 hours. Needless to say, the deck turned out magnificently. We over engineered the structure to allow for additional weight of a large family gathering, or even a hot tub. ⚾️ Does anyone love baseball?

Well, we may not have a new batter on deck, however we have a pretty awesome deck to show you! We just wrapped up this brand spanking new construction for a gentleman in Mooresville. To begin our project, we removed the dangerous weathered deck and hauled it away. The homeowner was there while we took down the original deck, they had to run a few errands mid-afternoon. When he arrived back a few hours later, he had this brand new deck! This structure is built to code, and built with quality materials that will last decades. Deck the halls with boughs of holly, Fa la la la la, la la la la.....too soon? This weather is far from winter weather, but we're bringing on the decks!! Fencescapes is deep into deck season! Fencescapes is at it again! Prestained wood with 6ft tall black aluminum. What a beautiful combination this turned out to be. We're always trying to mix it up a little, and we're open to new styles..... especially when they look like this. Don't you just love the scent of fresh cedar? Fencescapes absolutely knocked it out of the park with this one! We took down just under 500' of old fencing and duplicated the original using newer techniques, and better installation methods. These extended length posts are between 3ft-4ft deep and in 50-100lbs of concrete per hole. We're tired of seeing fences that weren't set deep enough, or the original builder didn't use enough concrete. We are so confident of our craftsmanship that we include with all of our new construction, a Lifetime Workmanship Warranty. This fence catches your eye because of the beautiful wood grain of the red cedar pickets. We are still scheduling a new construction for late spring early summer.
