How we started:

LG Evans Construction is a newly formed company founded on the basis of hard work, integrity and expertise in the construction field. Its formation was created with the buyout of Reiber Brothers Construction, Inc., a well-known excavating and grading company with a strong reputation for honest quality work. Although newly formed, this company brings years of experience from every

direction in the construction field. Who we are:

Owner and founder, Jeff Swan, has been in the industry for over 17 years with a primary focus on site and concrete construction. His experience includes everything from laboring and operating equipment in the field to holding the position of chief estimator/ project manager for a multi-million dollar construction company. Jeff has a beautiful family; wife Candace, and children Evan, Lily and baby Lucy. Family is the foundation for everything and as the company name speaks is the foundation for LG Evans! Site Superintendent Dave Reiber and former owner of Reiber Bros. Dave is a master equipment operator and a "salt of the earth" type of guy. He built his business on strong customer relationships and a superior quality end product. Dave looks forward to getting rid of some of the owner responsibilities allowing him to do what he truly loves; operating equipment and enjoying his camp in Prattsburg with his grandkids. Along with Jeff and Dave are a supporting cast of personnel, trained and experienced in the field of site and concrete construction. "People are what build projects! Without good employees everything else is insignificant. They are our best investment!"

Channel 10 featured a segment on the new CNY Feed Mill project located in Avon.

Check it out to learn how this facility will significantly save our local farming communities on the high cost of transporting necessary feed options. Also get a glimpse of the beginning installation of the sanitary sewer infrastructure by our LG Evans site crews.

What an exciting addition to the Livingston County region as well as another great (local) project underway for LGE!

On a side note-much of what LG Evans does in the way of site work construction is underground utilities such as this. When we get done with a site, everything gets covered up so it hardly looks like we do anything. Something to think about the next time you walk in and around any establishment-a lot of hard work goes to installing infrastructure that we can’t see!

LG Evans Construction was recently awarded the site work and foundations contracts for Central New York Feeds, the owner of the Northeast’s largest dairy feed mill in Jordan, NY.

CNY Feeds is developing a new 17.2-acre dairy feed mill and service building in Avon, NY, located off Bruckel Drive (behind Quicklee’s Travel Center). The facility aims to feature rail and truck access to serve regional dairy farms.

LG Evans Foreman Ryan Ralyea has his work cut out for him, but he and his crew are off to a great start, as seen from the aerial pics taken earlier this week. Keep up the good work, Ryan and crew!

You know that incredible feeling you get when being generous and donating to amazing causes at Christmas-time? Well, Swan Companies is celebrating Christmas in July by taking up the task of fundraising to benefit the Teresa House, a 2-bed hospice house in Geneseo, NY, run entirely by volunteers! This is truly a heartwarming endeavor! For the next 2 weeks we will be collecting items as seen on the list pictured below, every donation counts and brings us closer to making a difference.
