As Electric Plus celebrates 20 years in business, we’re not just reflecting on how far we’ve come, we’re also looking ahead to the exciting opportunities before us.

BIG NEWS. BIGGER HOME. BRIGHT FUTURE.

We are excited to announce the purchase of 501 Airtech Parkway in Plainfield, the future home of Electric Plus Headquarters!

At more than 500,000 square feet on 33+ acres, this new headquarters gives us something very important: room to grow.

From where we started in 2006 to where we are today, the growth has been incredible. But what excites us most isn't how far we've come. It's what's still ahead.

This new home will give our employee-owners more opportunities to collaborate, train, innovate, and continue building the future of Electric Plus.

We're proud of our growth. We're grateful for the people who made it possible. And we're incredibly excited about what comes next.

Shane has been with Electric Plus since Day 1. He has been an important part of our journey and helped shape who we are today. We’re incredibly proud to see him step into this leadership role and excited for what’s ahead as Electric Plus continues to grow.

We had a great time at Brentwood Elementary School’s Touch a Truck event!

We loved giving kids the opportunity to explore some of our work vehicles, ask questions, and learn more about what we do in the electrical industry. Events like these are a great way to spark curiosity and introduce students to the many career paths available in the skilled trades.

This month’s Safety Shout-Out goes to Dillon Moscrip, working on the James T. Morris Arena Project!

Dillon shows up every day ready to take on whatever the job requires, while always keeping safety a priority. He takes the time to plan the work, reviews potential hazards with his crew during Monday morning safety toolbox talks, and makes sure the work is completed safely without cutting corners. Dillon is also committed to continuous improvement. His consistent focus on safety helps ensure everyone around him goes home safe at the end of each day.

With perfect fall weather and a great team, it was the perfect opportunity to step away from the jobsite and office and enjoy some time together. Our team attended career fairs at Purdue BSC, Ball State, and Rose-Hulman! At Purdue, we offered FOUR students positions on the spot for our 2027 Power Up Internship Program. We also enjoyed connecting with new students and reconnecting with some of our past interns along the way.

Pink isn't just a color. It's a reminder of the strength, courage, and positivity of our friend and teammate, Jayme Rector. Our Electric Plus team proudly wore pink in support of Jayme as she continues her battle with cancer. We are inspired by her resilience, her positive spirit, and the impact she has on everyone around her.
We're also proud to support Jayme's Smile, an organization created by Jayme and her family to help Danville Schools employees who are facing similar challenges. What began as a community coming together for one person is already becoming a source of hope and support for many others.
