Homeschool class is available this September and October! Tuesdays from 9-1pm, kids will learn traditional building skills, as well as a few “new” tools and skills as they go. As the class progresses, we encourage the kids to come up with their own ideas for a project. Most of the projects the kids go home with, are designs of their own creation, we just help them learn the tools to make it happen.

We are introducing a new class this fall! “Little Builders” will be held on select Saturdays in the workshop. Our younger campers (6-8yrs) will learn the ins and outs of the shop, and take home not just a project, but skills for life. More details to come, we will announce dates soon! I started Huck Finn School almost 20 years ago, in part for days like today. A lightening strike took out our well pump, but instead of a $3000 fix and a four day wait to have water, my son and I fixed it for $500 in two hours.
I know first-hand the importance of learning skills at a young age and developing a healthy attitude about work.
Looking forward to passing on lessons this fall!

Spots are selling fast! Zombie camps and WWII camp have just a handful of spots left, and all other themes are going quickly! This is our only pre-sale for the summer 27’ season.
