From raw timber to build-ready. 🌲🚜

This nearly one-acre homesite started as a fully wooded lot and is now ready for the next chapter. Every tree was professionally taken down, hauled off to a recycling facility, every stump completely removed, and the entire site graded and prepared for construction to begin. We also installed a culvert pipe to establish proper access into the property.

A clean slate like this takes more than just clearing trees — it takes planning, the right equipment, and attention to detail to leave a site smooth, accessible, and truly build ready.

Another clean one for a great repeat customer.

This project called for a small but custom reconfiguration using black aluminum fencing mounted directly to the existing slab. To make it happen the right way, we fabricated custom welded baseplates and secured everything with concrete anchors for a clean, solid finish that’s built to last.

Sometimes it’s the smaller detail-oriented projects that really showcase the difference quality installation makes. More to come soon as we tie this setup together with a custom wood fence designed to perfectly complement the aluminum.

Another project wrapped up for a repeat customer who trusted us once again to get the details right.

This job involved solving multiple long-term issues while also improving the overall usability and appearance of the property.

✔️ Corrected a ponding issue caused by a gutter drain by installing a new popup drainage system
✔️ Bored underneath the sidewalk to properly route drainage without disturbing existing concrete
✔️ Expanded the driveway using commercial base material to improve parking space and maneuverability
✔️ Added erosion control protection around the driveway culvert
✔️ Finish graded a rough uneven area that had become difficult to mow smoothly
✔️ Graded, prepped, and installed 2,000 square feet of sod

As always, the final sod installation was rolled after install — a step many skip, but one that makes a huge difference in smoothness, root contact, and final appearance.

Some projects are about building… this one was about undoing first.

This great family trusted us with 4 acres of rough, uneven land that had been left behind by another company. The property was full of stumps, buried debris, and unfinished work that simply wasn’t done right.

We got to work the only way we know how — the right way.

✔️ Located and removed 100+ stumps across the entire property
✔️ Cleared out leftover tree debris that was missed the first time around
✔️ Brought in quality fill and graded the full 4 acres for proper drainage and usability
✔️ Installed one of our signature wood fences to create a clean, welcoming roadside presence

When the woods disappear… your privacy goes with them.

One of our great repeat customers recently had the back woods behind their fence cleared for a new housing development, leaving their backyard wide open.

So we helped them build that privacy back — naturally.

Instead of installing another fence, we planted 122 feet of Leyland Cypress, a fast-growing evergreen that forms a dense living privacy wall and can reach up to 40 ft tall over time.

For this project we:
✔ Cleared and raked the planting area
✔ Installed premium topsoil for strong growth
✔ Planted 122 ft of natural barrier

In just a few seasons, this will turn into a thick green wall of privacy that looks far better than any fence.
