✨ Wednesday Spotlight ➡️ Jeremy Hardwick

There’s something to be said for knowing a job from more than one side.

Jeremy started with us many years ago driving a dump truck. From there, he moved on to hauling equipment with our lowboy, working around the shop, and taking on just about every role in the company outside of the office.

He didn’t start out as a superintendent, but he knew that’s where he wanted to go.

Dependable, hardworking, and particular about doing things right, Jeremy takes initiative and cares about the people and the work we do.

We’re proud of how far he’s come and grateful for the dedication he continues to bring to Goodson Construction.

One team. Many stories worth sharing. ♦️

Wednesday Spotlight ✨

For some people, a career in construction starts long before their first official day on the job.

This week’s spotlight is on Tim Lawson. His experience around heavy equipment began at just 8 years old, spending Saturdays at work with his Dad. Those early Saturdays spent watching, learning, and finding his way around heavy equipment eventually turned into a career spanning more than 30 years.

From draglines to dredges and just about everything in between, he’s spent years learning his way around heavy equipment. These days, you’ll usually find him running an excavator, but he’s capable of operating just about anything we put him on.

He’s also one of those guys who’s early to work, ready to get started, and willing to put in the extra hours when needed—even on weekends.

There’s a lot to be said for someone who brings both experience and a strong work ethic to the job every day.

We’re proud to have him on our team—and proud of all the hardworking people who make Goodson Construction what it is.

One team. Many stories worth sharing. 👏

Wednesday Spotlight ✨

Some of the most valuable people on a jobsite are the ones who can do a little bit of everything.

This week’s spotlight is on Mike Okraska, whose decades of construction experience have made him a versatile part of our team.

From working in the shop to hauling material on the jobsite, Mike has always been willing to go where he’s needed.

He’s steady, dependable, and always willing to do whatever the day calls for.

Experience matters, but so does being someone others can count on.

We’re proud to have Mike on our team—and proud of all the hardworking people who make Goodson Construction what it is.
