We’re looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team.
This is a hands-on position for someone who can take ownership of projects from start to finish, keep work moving forward, and communicate professionally with homeowners, subcontractors, suppliers, and our internal team.
Construction Project Manager Responsibilities
Manage residential construction and remodeling projects from pre-construction through completion
Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, materials, inspections, and deliveries
Keep projects moving at a reasonable pace while maintaining quality standards
Communicate regularly with homeowners, providing updates and addressing questions or concerns
Build and maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors and vendors
Monitor project budgets, change orders, and job costs
Collect and follow up on progress payments according to project schedules
Review job sites regularly to ensure work is completed correctly, safely, and on time
Identify potential delays or issues early and develop practical solutions
Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, photos, and communication records
Help ensure every customer has a professional, organized, and positive experience
Qualifications
Proven experience in construction project management, residential construction, remodeling, or a related field
Strong knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, materials, and subcontractor coordination
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
Ability to lead, organize, and hold people accountable
Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities at once
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and follow-through
Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
Ability to read plans, scopes of work, and estimates is preferred
