So pls don’t let anyone tell you that there working for us in anyway what so ever, Michael Maguire, If you do not get a contract and business insurance you must know it’s not a good idea to even let them work for you.

Owners, Daniel Petty passed away January 2018. I’m Kimberly and I had to shut the company down and we haven’t done any jobs or business since February of 2018. Mike McGuire has been posing as the owner.

Please read and pay attention he has Fort Worth Tree Service, Then Pettys Tree Service, same numbers, he stole my dads identity and has been working saying he’s Pettys and he’s not pls go over these photos. I keep getting rude calls about tree jobs not being completed. And he’s got a lawsuit for this right now.

My name is KimberlyPettey, My father passed away January 14, 2018 and our business has not been running since then everything is tied up in court because of a Mike McGuire going around and saying that he owns Petty’s Tree Service which he does not so if anyone lets this guy work for you under Petty’s Tree service he is not Petty’s Tree service deal with him at your own risk, He is not a good guy he will rip you off and only do half the job.

Hello this is Kimberly, Daniel Petty’s daughter of Petty’s Tree Service, I’ve had a few customers contact me saying people from Petty’s is saying they work for us as you all know my father passed in January, as of February “NO ONES” Employed with us. So if anyone comes and say they work for us it’s false. A Robert Pettey, Bob Pettey, or any other names please feel free to call me do not except anyone please they have no insurance nothing.
