Just a friendly heads up to all of our amazing customers!

P3 Mechanical Heating & Cooling will be closed August 6th through August 16th while we take some much-needed time away with our family. ❤️

As a small, family-owned and owner-operated business, we truly appreciate your understanding as we spend time making memories with our three kiddos before another busy season begins.

If you’ve been thinking about replacing your system, scheduling maintenance, or need a repair, now is the time to get on our schedule! We are currently booking into the end of August and the beginning of September, so don’t wait to reach out if you’d like to get on the schedule before or after our vacation.

We’ll return on August 17th and will respond to all calls, messages, and inquiries as quickly as possible.

⚡ A simple part can bring your whole A/C to a stop! ⚡

Today’s service call was a failed capacitor. We replaced the bad capacitor and had the system back up and running, keeping another home cool and comfortable! 🙌❄️

Your capacitor is one of the hardest-working parts of your HVAC system. It provides the extra boost of power your compressor and fan motors need to start and continue running properly. When it starts to fail, you may notice:
• Warm air coming from your vents
• Your outdoor unit humming but not starting
• The fan not spinning
• Your A/C turning on and off frequently
• Higher electric bills due to your system working harder
• Your system not turning on at all

Catching a failing capacitor early can help prevent additional damage to more expensive components like your compressor or fan motor.

I am incredibly thankful to be able to be a father to our three “Whys”—Payton, Pierson, and Parklynn—the inspiration behind the name P3 Mechanical. Being their dad is his greatest blessing and the reason he works so hard every day.
