Sunday Morning Grind 💪

R-22, 2003 system with a very visible condenser coil leak — this one’s at the end of the road and will need to be replaced.

This is from irrigation overspray over time. Groundwater and well water carry high levels of minerals like iron, calcium, and magnesium, which leave behind that orange/brown discoloration on the cabinet.

It’s a good reminder — what seems like “just water” can leave a lasting mark on equipment.
