Here is a hall bath demo we did, this is actually the second bathroom that we took out for this customer, we removed the 3x5 tub shower along with the soffit above which allowed us to open the shower up, we also removed all the vanity tile and the soffit above the vanity, along with all of the flooring, toilet, base, etc.
We also handled all of the prep before demo hanging plastic, putting ramboard down to make sure that no debris got on the carpet or no external damage took place! The prep took a bit of time but it’s something we feel is very important not only for the contractors going in after us but for the satisfaction of the customer as well!
