SPARTAN IS GROWING — WE’RE HIRING!
Spartan General Construction Inc. is expanding, and we’re looking for an additional Project Manager and Sales Representatives to join our team in Bakersfield.
ADDITIONAL PROJECT MANAGER
As our workload grows, we’re opening another project manager position. We need an experienced construction professional who is comfortable managing $3–$4 million in active projects, keeping jobs organized, on schedule, and within budget.
Qualifications include:
* Experience managing multiple construction and remodeling projects.
* Strong leadership and communication with crews, subcontractors, and customers.
* Proficiency with computers, CRM software, and project management systems.
* Experience overseeing schedules, budgets, job costs, materials, and change orders.
* Accountability for quality workmanship and seeing projects through completion.
SALES REPRESENTATIVES
We’ve opened our new sales department! The department leadership position has been filled, and we’re now recruiting motivated sales representatives to help grow our construction, remodeling, and restoration business.
We’re looking for strong communicators who build relationships, follow up consistently, and take pride in representing Spartan.
