Hey neighbors! We really want you to be prepared for this upcoming storm season, so we put together a quick five item checklist for your yard.
1.) gutters and downspouts cleaned out
2.) low spots in your lawn and yard noted and leveled
3.) foundation: the ground should slope away from your yard so that water doesn’t pool next to your house.
4.) installed drainage should be free of debris and ready to take on water.

If you think you’re going to need sandbags for this upcoming El Niño season, keep an eye on our social media and email newsletter. We are working on a way to have sand and sandbags available so our community can protect their homes and properties from the weather.

Behind every clear pond is guy in crocs doing this. Michael for one likes to be one with the pond. Cleanout, maintenance, and the unglamorous stuff. That’s what we do so your pond doesn’t end up looking like the wrong end of a before and after video. Book a maintenance visit- give us a call!
