The final before and afters of quite a large project we just finished. This house was in very rough shape when we first got the call, but after working with the owners and their budget, we are very satisfied with how much we were able to accomplish in restoring this house.
We came into this house when it was absolutely trashed by squatters, with almost every single window broken, holes in every interior and exterior wall, and practically no flooring. We came in and got right to work, starting with demoing and getting this house cleaned up. After we got to work patching up every drywall hole, repairing and replacing all broken doors and trim, installing new windows and trim, and then finally a full interior paint job. After we installed all new kitchen cabinets, countertop, plumbing, carpet and vinyl flooring, baseboards, and light fixtures throughout the house, along with misc other finishing touches. After we finally got to work on the exterior, demoing damaged fascia, siding, and pressure washing the house. After we got to work replacing the removed siding and fascia, installing new window trim, patching and sanding the remaining siding and fascia, and finally painting the entire exterior of the house. After we installed all new light fixtures, completed the misc finishing touches, and this house was finally all finished up.
