Sub contracting work architecture, framing, electrical and foundation work. Before and after attic room addition. Homeowner hired a shady contractor that did not follow my plans and built an addition that looks like a shed from Home Depot. I originally drew the plans for an attic room addition that was only going to have one dormer for means of egress. I had to completely reframe everything that was done by the other contractor with no architectural plans. This is a total custom design build I kept the concept of an attic room but with a two-story addition The contractor before had over notched to joist ran wires on two of them and sandwiched wires between walls and beams. Tied the wall heater vent into the bathroom exhaust fan etc. beams were either not used or in the wrong places and not square. Missed pitch roof house is 8/12 pitch two story addition is 10/12 pitch
