Before we give out all the exciting 2026 news reports…we are in a need 🙏🏼🐾🫶🏽

1. WASHER & DRYER (electric) Good condition please ~ if anyone has please let us know! (Top load only)

2. Our PGE is horrible ☹️ We need a company willing to give us a good price of an energy efficient split wing a/c-heater…or some serious help on our current a/c units.
We want to keep ALL money for Spay Neuter (this is why we have North of the River Pet Resort to pay utilities, but in summer our bill is $3000 month & not affordable)
