🏆Joseph Everett | Senior Superintendent
Joe has a reputation for delivering exceptional quality across complex hospitality, commercial, and higher education construction projects. Joe’s approach to quality leadership is rooted in a commitment to early planning, precise coordination, and accountability on delivering in the field. He is known for fostering a healthy on-site culture of collaborations that ensures both design intent and owner expectations are achieved. Joe’ experience includes high-profile projects, including the Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia at Comcast Center, where luxury-level finishes and meticulous ex*****on were essential to delivering one of the region’s most prestigious hospitality destinations. He has also contributed to major Penn State University projects, including the Eric J. Barron Innovation Hub and the Abington New Academic Building helping guide construction from the ground up.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Joe is an active community member of Kennett Square, PA, where he currently serves as a School Board Member. A role that reflecting his commitment to public service, educational excellence, and supporting opportunities for future generations. Outside of work and school board meetings, you will find the Everett family on a golf course maintaining their single digit handicaps!
🏆Daniel Margolis | Commissioning Engineer
Daniel represents a continued growth of subject matter expertise within LFD’s Mission Critical Commissioning Group, coming from LiRo-Hill, a sister design/engineering company within the GISI platform. Daniel is an instrumental member of one of our Mission Critical projects alongside our sister company Layton Construction, he is responsible for developing and implementing the project specific quality/commissioning plan. With the pace of construction, Daniel’s continued leadership will ensure an on time delivery on one of LFD’s first large-scale data center projects.
Outside of work, Dan enjoys 3D printing, computer modeling, fishing, watching NASCAR, reading Sci-Fi and studying history.
