Two days in a row now I've had somebody tell me this. We are seriously about to make a monthly newsletter. We in management assume tenants know basic things like how to operate dishwashers, disposals, washing machines, dryers, thermostats, etc but years of experience has shown us many people do not.

The baby of the bunch is in the 2nd grade. Two brothers out of school, sister starting college, today actually, and not so little Doodles. At the same school her brothers and sisters went to. Shaking hands with one of the deans he said it's been 13 years we've had kids in the school. Most of the staff has been the same over all the years. I'm literally making this post in the back seat of Marquez's car waiting to unload Miyana for college...wow...
