Retaining Wall Foreman (limestone & concrete)
We are a growing excavating company looking for an experienced Retaining Wall Foreman to lead crews on residential and commercial projects. If you take pride in building solid, long-lasting walls and know how to run a job from start to finish, we want to hear from you.
What you'll do:
• Lead and supervise a crew building limestone and concrete retaining walls
• Read and interpret plans, elevations, and grading specs
• Oversee excavation, base prep, drainage, and wall installation.
• Operate equipment as needed (skid steer, mini-ex, etc).
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, on time and to spec.
• Train and manage crew members on-site
What we're looking for:
• Proven experience building retaining walls
• Strong leadership skills - ability to run a crew and job site.
• Knowledge of proper drainage, compaction, and wall stability practices.
• Ability to read blueprints and grades.
• Valid Driver's License (CDL a plus).
• Equipment operation experience preferred.
