Downtown Baldwyn is thermal plasma on top of old peagravel, this was put down by Riverside Traffic at a hot temp with a specialized machine, I’m needing an alternate to remove the paint but am very outmatched. I need some advice because I will not do a less than perfect job, it is my hometown, need help most def.
