Last night, we finally made it home around 10:30 PM after a long day of AC service calls. We were exhausted and ready to call it a night, but we were greeted with an unexpected surprise waiting on our doorstep.

Moments like this remind us that we’re part of an amazing community. They remind us that the work we do makes a difference, even when we don’t always get to see the impact firsthand. Long days, late nights, and hard work are all worth it when we have the opportunity to serve such wonderful people.

Dog urine can be corrosive to the metal fins and coils on your outdoor unit. Repeated exposure may lead to premature rust, reduced efficiency, and costly repairs.

✅ Ways to protect your outdoor unit:

* Install a small decorative fence or barrier around the unit.
* Create a designated potty area away from your HVAC equipment.
* Use landscaping (shrubs, rocks, or mulch beds) to discourage access.
* Rinse the exterior of the unit with water occasionally if it has been exposed.

Most of you know her as the friendly voice on the phone or the one making sure your appointment is squared away — but what you might not know is that Stephany isn’t just behind the desk. She’s on job sites. She’s in the field. She’s cleaning coils, servicing equipment, and getting her hands dirty right alongside the rest of the crew without a single complaint.

She wears every hat this company has — VP, Office Manager, field hand, bookkeeper, supply runner, and the person who keeps our owner Tyler from going completely off the rails. 😂
