Do not waste your money on having these cheap piece of equipment installed. A lot of the times these people that are installing these will not come back and fix them for you.

I called the manufacturer not too long ago about a unit and he said to me that the part are not available. He said they're made cheap to be sold cheap and once they're broken you've got to buy a new one. So basically a homeowner spending $900 every 2 years or so on one of these cheap made units that have no spare parts basically like a window unit.

The people that are installing these are not licensed contractors and they are installing these and they're not to code. They're not getting a permit.
