Stephen brings more than 25 years of leadership experience, with a background spanning large-scale construction projects and comprehensive facilities operations. Earlier in his career, Stephen worked in Spain, near the Strait of Gibraltar, where he oversaw the construction of the Tarifa Wind Plant. Most recently, he served as Director of Facilities, Acute Care, for St. Peter's Health Partners, leading critical facility operations and major infrastructure initiatives across the system.

David brings more than 15 years of experience in construction project management. Before joining Schultz Construction, he worked at a site where he led a team of construction project managers responsible for a portfolio of facility improvement projects, including new laboratories, office buildings, and site infrastructure.

Outside of work and time with his family, David enjoys running in the mountains and has completed several ultramarathons.

Project Update | Village of Warwick Wastewater Treatment Plant
Construction is underway on the Village of Warwick Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrades project, with completion scheduled for December 2027.
The project includes a new Vortex Grit Removal system, new Sequencing Batch Reactors (SBRs), upgraded clarifiers, and new Disk Filters — all while keeping the existing facility operational.
With work spanning site work, concrete, underground utilities, and process mechanical installation, this project showcases the experience and skilled trades of the Schultz team.
We’re proud to be part of this important infrastructure project and look forward to seeing it through to completion.

Leland Road Water Treatment Facility Upgrades in West Brookfield, Massachusetts!

Our crew recently completed installation of the slide-rail shoring system and is now laying out the below-grade portion of the new water treatment facility. This excavation will house the backwash supply tank, spent water tank, and pump room, with the greensand filtration system located above.

Getting to this point took careful planning, skilled operators, and strong coordination from our entire field team. Great work by Project Manager Kyle O'Born, Site Superintendent , Foreman Josh Lisowski, General Superintendent Tom Jackson Jr., and everyone involved in the installation.

Thank you to for providing the slide-rail system and on-site technical support during installation.
