During these very cold temps we are getting hundreds of calls for frozen pipe.
Leave your water on a steady stream hot and cold to call your fixtures. Open up all doors and cabinets to allow air movement. Unfortunately due to the high call volume we can not get to frozen pipes to thaw them. We are prioritizing all burst pipes at the moment. If you have burst pipes give us a call at 3146104308.

Hello friends and family,
We are in a very cold snap of the year. This is can cause freezing pipes. One of the easiest ways to stop your pipes from freezing is to make sure there is no drafts coming in from outside to inside of the house. If your pipes sometimes freeze, slightly turn on the faucet to a drip to keep the water moving. This will decrease the chances of the pipes freezing. Ladies and Gentlemen,
It is that time of year again. We all need to make sure we are winterizing our outdoor faucets.
This means make sure we take our hoses off the outdoor faucet. Make sure we have no drips or leaks when shutoff. If we have inside shutoffs for our outdoor faucets, make sure we turn off the shutoffs inside. This will help to prevent water from freezing in the lines and bursting. Trust me you will thank me come spring when you go to use it again.

From all of us here at DNS Plumbing and Drain, we would like to make sure that with the shortage of toilet paper that we are reminding everyone that flushable wipes are not flushable. We know it says flushable in the name but it’s not true. Unfortunately, flushable wipes and baby wipes do not break down the same way as toilet paper. As much as we like money here we want to make sure you guys are not spending it unnecessarily.
