We have another beautiful completed project post for you. This one is a beautiful basement with so many beautiful components!
This basement has a golf simulator, full service hair salon, workout room, bedroom, and full bathroom. Also, a beautiful electric fireplace with large projector TV with amazing surround sound!!
We also created a beautiful wet bar area on the first floor to perfectly match the existing kitchen cabinets, countertop, and backsplash glass tile.
We have very rare schedule openings and would love to visit with you and discuss how we can help turn your vision for you home into a reality.

Just finished another beautiful basement for more AMAZING clients!! This one was almost 2000 square feet with a bedroom, full bath, living room area, dry bar with front bar for seating, play area for kiddos, and a workout room!
We are so blessed to turn spaces in our clients home into a space they can cherish and use for a very long time.
Thank you to Doug and Jennifer Patchin for letting us tackle this project for them.

Hey there folks!

Here is another beautiful farmhouse style bathroom we completed a little while ago!

This bathroom has larger subway tile with graphite grout. Custom built inset shower niche with mosaic accent tile. Matte black schluter tile edging also.

The toilet and vanity wall has shiplap and matte black lighting and decor to accent.

The vinyl plank flooring style just completely makes the bathroom!

We have very rare appointment slots open for small and large projects right now so don't hesitate to call to set up a time to discuss the vision for your next home project.

The way we charge also saves our clients a lot of money on every type of home peoject.

Hey there folks!!
We've been so busy that I haven't posted any completed project pics for awhile.
Here's another beautiful completed basement with loft style matte black ceiling!
This basement has a back and front bar, tons of storage areas and beautiful French doors leading to playroom for kids!
The full modern bathroom is huge with tons of space for future cabinetry or shelving for storage.
The barn door leading to the bathroom is a great accent piece to the basement.
The laundry area ties into the decor for the basement with built in space for washer and dryer with butcher block top to match both bar tops!

Hello there folks!! Just completed another beautiful basement finish out and I am really excited to share this one. Loft style with a modern touch! The exposed matte black ceiling really brings out the St. Louis city feel of this South City home. Combined with the modern vinyl plank flooring, horizontal black spindles on the stairs, craftsmen doors.....this basement really came out great!!
Call us for a free estimate for whatever your home may need!
We wear masks when we are within distance of customers and are very safe and courteous. We are a 2 man crew so you have the same 2 guys working on your home the whole project!
We have times coming up soon for major and minor renovations and remodels so don't hesitate to call!
