HE WANTED NOTHING TO DO WITH US. NOW HE’S GETTING A BRAND-NEW ROOF.

A few weeks ago, one of our guys stopped to talk to a homeowner in Wildwood.

The homeowner immediately started yelling. He’d already been burned by another roofing company that got his insurance claim denied the year before.

He didn’t trust roofers. And we don’t blame him.

But instead of walking away, we asked for ONE opportunity to give him an honest inspection.

He finally agreed.

His roof was SMOKED.

We showed him the damage, walked him through the photos, and earned his trust to give the insurance process another shot.

The adjuster came out, agreed with our findings, and APPROVED A FULL ROOF REPLACEMENT.

The same homeowner who wanted nothing to do with us was now celebrating with his wife.

Bring the family out for a night of Halloween fun with Brandon J Roofing on October 23rd from 6–8 PM.

Storm damage changed this home — but so did the opportunity that came with it.

Because the existing siding was discontinued and the homeowners had the right coverage, they were able to replace the full siding system instead of patching only the damaged areas.

They took that opportunity and completely changed the look of the home with bright white siding, an Onyx Black roof, and matching white exterior details.

What started as storm damage turned into a clean, modern transformation built to last.

For two years, Avery Doscher has done more than just show up. He's stayed all in, pushed through adversity, remained coachable, and made a tremendous impact on the team he leads.

You can’t hold a crew accountable to a standard you don’t understand yourself.

That’s why our Project Managers keep training beyond the basics.

The more they understand the technical side of the install, the better they can inspect the work, catch issues early, and make sure the customer gets the result they were promised.

This training went deeper into TPO applications, welding, corners, T-joints, and the small details that can make a big difference in long-term performance.

Because getting better internally should always lead to a better experience for the homeowner.
