C.L. McCoy Framing Co., Inc. is seeking a qualified Framing Superintendent to join our team! This is a full-time position with benefits. We are a collaborative community focusing on construction services and community. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively oversee construction projects for multiple sites. They should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office personnel, field construction crews, and vendors.
Qualifications
At least 5 years experience as a construction superintendent
High school degree or equivalent required
Must be 21 years of age or older
Minimum 5-10 years’ experience of prior of framing construction experience
OSHA 10 Hour Certification
Heaving Machinery Operator Certification a plus
Familiar with ProCore
Ability to pass a drug test

Duties
Supervise subcontractors on site
Lead crews to complete tasks as scheduled
Monitor work to completion
Approve change orders in field
Effective communicator
Schedule labor as needed
Control of material usage
Monitors material deliveries and usage
Maintains a clean and safe job site
Attends project & safety meetings
Able to create RFIs
Basic computer skills
Schedule
Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
Day work, no nights
Location
Office & Multiple Job Locations throughout Maryland
