Most building owners never see their roof until there’s water inside. By then, the problem has usually been there a while. Here’s what our service crew found on recent inspections:

🔹 Damaged and deteriorating seams
🔹 Ponding water that never fully drains
🔹 Failed sealant around fasteners on metal panels
🔹 Gaps opening up at panel seams
🔹 Punctures in the membrane
🔹 Bubbling at the metal coping, a sign of poor adhesion
🔹 Cracked sealant at pipe stacks

Each one is a small fix when it’s caught early. Left alone, it’s water in the ceiling tiles, wet insulation, and a much bigger bill.

Some roofs do more than keep the rain out.

We installed a Furbish green roof on the Savage Volunteer Fire Company station in Savage, MD, home to 21 career firefighters and 80 volunteers.

The planted roof:
💧 Reduces stormwater runoff
🐝 Supports local wildlife
🌡️ Keeps the area cooler

Along with rooftop solar, it helped the station earn LEED Silver certification.

Throwback to one of our favorite Baltimore builds.

In 2021, our crew roofed the new Lexington Market, working alongside Southway Builders, Inc. on the ground-up construction. The building combines a GAF TPO membrane system with a PAC-CLAD standing seam metal roof from Petersen Aluminum, a pairing built to protect one of the city’s most historic landmarks for decades to come.
