The Ballad Hotel is in full swing and the vertical work has begun. We are proud of our team in Florida and the hard work they have contributed to the success of this project. Belfast certainly does not stray away from a challenge, we strive to overcome them.

Project Update: Ballad Hotel

It has been a long journey to get here, but hardwork pays off. The first SOG has been placed and the second is right around the corner. Structural decks are read to begin and the vertical race to the top is here!

We are grateful for these opportunities and welcome the challenges that come with them!

Project Update: Ballad Hotel

We are excited to announce our official start of the Ballad Hotel with Kast Construction. This week we installed the tower crane foundation to prep for er****on next week.

This will be a great addition to Clearwater and the first of many exciting projects for the area.

We are thrilled our second Terex CTT 721-40 is up and taking over the Baltimore skyline!

These two behemoths have a max capacity of 88,200 lbs and will be used to lift massive steel beams to construct the new Life Sciences Building with DPR Construction

Tower Cranes and equipment have officially hit our Florida yard! Our first crane will be going up in just a few short weeks at the Ballad Hotel and soon red and white will be in the Florida skyline! So many exciting things to announce in the next few weeks!

Tower Crane Alert: We poured the foundation today for our second Terex CTT 721-40 Flat Top. Soon the skyline will be lined with red and white for DPR Construction
