A 1964 union hall in Bolton Hill, vacant for years, radically reused as a center for community arts, workforce development, and nonprofit programming. New architectural fins and a curtainwall replace the original facade, creating movement and light while reflecting the warmth of the surrounding brownstones.

One of Baltimore's oldest lithography complexes, restored and reopened as a home for nonprofits, social enterprises, and community researchers in East Baltimore. The heavy timber and masonry construction was preserved as found, letting the building's industrial history become part of the working environment.
