Help 11 year old Michael get the emergency surgery you need.
Michael is a active fun-loving kid and good kid who wants to become a police one day a few months ago at Michael doctor check up I was told his right testicle did not drop and he needs emergency surgery as soon as possible.
Without the surgery to fix his right testicle it will develop into testicle cancer. A surgical procedure known as orchiopevy is needed as soon as possible.
As a single parent who biggest fear was just thrown at me ya child need emergency surgery as soon as possible but it will develop into cancer. It took my breath away and made me feel powerless for not being able to pay the overwhelming Doctors, Medical and surgery cost that the insurance doesn't does not cover.

Dear Friends, Families, Neighborhoods and Communities,
Young Alliance of Hope is taking the youth organization to a new and different level. What good is it to help our youths, teens, and young adults. When we have to send them back out into the same environment, neighborhoods, and communities where they come from. If we are not going to help the environment, neighborhoods and communities where they come from. In addition to disturbing and destructive homes.
Young Alliance of Hope main focus is our kids in all aspects of their life. So we are going to give them more than just a after school program, job training and readiness program, a mentoring program and etc. We are going to offer family counseling to help any youth, teen or young adult that is having family issues. In addition to community support, such as; keeping the neighborhoods and communities clean. Getting the citizens involved and etc.
We can make a difference in the Community and help our kids make decisions to improve their lives and families lives.
