Nice and simple kitchen remodel ❤️🤌 Swipe to see the before!

We transformed this row home kitchen from dark and dated into a bright and inviting space. We refinished the original hardwood floors to lighten the atmosphere and expanded the cabinetry to add significantly more usable storage.

It’s hard not to get lost in the countertop and backsplash of this kitchen. 🤩

As part of a full first-floor remodel in Pikesville, we extended the stone from the countertops up the wall to create a seamless, high-impact focal point. The creamy stone paired with natural wood accents brings warmth and balance, giving the space a modern look that truly anchors the entire kitchen.

This once dark, neglected and dated 3rd-floor attic is now a beautiful, bright, and inviting space.

Despite the challenge of very little natural light and short ceilings, this space now feels incredibly open and airy.

This project is a perfect example of how thoughtful (and simple) design can reclaim every square inch of a home.

That’s a wrap! What an amazing project. ❤️

To create enough space for this growing family, we executed a full second-story remodel and addition - completely renovating half of the existing upstairs and building out a significant addition on the other half. The goal was to ensure everyone had a space of their own, resulting in a total of 5 new/updated bedrooms, a stunning primary suite, a new laundry suite, a functional mudroom, and lovely hall bathroom.

Bold & Functional Laundry Suite 🦚🌿

This second-story laundry suite, of our recent Summit Chase addition, proves that the most hard-working rooms in the house can also be the most beautiful.

While the master bath was about “calm and neutral,” this space leans into a more daring aesthetic. Custom cabinetry and matte black hardware perfectly balance the high-contrast wallpaper, creating a space where personality meets utility.
