Shop with a Realtor is back! 🎒

Ironically, this morning I was getting ready to create a brand-new giveaway when I noticed people were still commenting on last year’s post. So… I figured that was a pretty good sign it was time to bring it back.

This year it’s bigger, better, and even easier for three local families.

I’ll be giving away 3 $100 gift cards so you can buy whatever your family needs—school supplies, clothes, shoes, books… you name it.

This giveaway is open to Greene County residents, there’s no purchase necessary, and absolutely no catches. I will announce the winners on July 31st .

If you were ever wondering, yes, an excavator can “free wheel” down a steep enough grade over night, even with the blade and bucket down. Learned some expensive lessons from this one. 😅
