Got rid of this almost 30 year old boiler with zone valves and installed a Navian 199k BTU fire tube combination boiler and on demand hot water heater. We paired that with a Taco controller and grundfus pumps for a beautiful install. All soldered joints no press here. We used Uponor brand heat pex to tie in each existing zone loop. This boiler comes with a 10 year heat exchanger warranty and a five year parts and labor warranty.

Wrapped up this septic re-pipe yesterday this system was so prone to clogging as it was a combination of cast pipe and schedule 20 PVC pipe. We tore out the old pipe and replaced it with schedule 40 and added several clean out locations for easy of future drain clearing. Just wrapped up this awesome compressed air pipe job. Over 2000 feet of compressed air line for a new manufacturing facility in Forks Township. At Top Mechanical we are proud to have a part in building a facility that will bring jobs to our area.
