Here is tonight’s emergency call!

Dillon called us around 5:00PM stating that a tree had fallen on the utility lines powering his electrical service and literally pulled his entire service off of his house, leaving his service cables, supporting the tree!

Versant power said that his meter box needed to be replaced as well as all the service entrance cables.

We arrived at 6 PM and he got power back by 9 PM

We were able to work efficiently and bring his service up to code.

Special thanks to Rick from WESCO for reopening the supply house after hours to supply materials for this emergency!!

Dillon called three electricians. We were the only ones that did not abandon him in his emergency.

Today’s Emergency call!!

200A Main breaker went completely bad after a previous home owner installed a 200 Amp Electrical service DIY style.

Fun fact: if you still have power when you turn your main breaker off… there is a problem….

Their DIY experience made way for an alarming amount of water damage caused by an incorrectly installed meter hub and weather proof connector.

We got out there and repaired it ASAP!!

Here is our Emergency call this week!
FYI mice are not supposed to live in your electrical service….

Charley called us yesterday stating he had lost half of his power and he had called Versant power.

We met the service technicians out there and we discovered the issue!

Due to an incorrectly installed underground service, mice were able to create a massive nest inside the bottom half of the electrical meter trim.

We were able to do a temporary fix for the night and then we changed out his meter today! (Next day)

We are so blessed to have been able to help this elderly couple with their emergency.

If you are having power surges or your electrical service is in rough shape it won’t be too long before an emergency like this will take place.
