This is as bad as it gets. I almost never ask for help myself, but i am always the first to help anyone in need. Without a lot of people making a phone call to the Sauk County District Attorney, I may not survive this. In April I finally had enough of the Reedsburg bus company refusing to do anything about a 3 year long bully problem with my son Tanner. Many of you know what i went thru for him already, so you know how fiercely I protect him. I will gladly walk thru hell for him.
On the 3rd phone call of the day I was finally able to talk to the head of the bus company, and he was an arrogant xXxX who wouldn't lift a finger to help but kicked Tanner off the bus for telling the bully to f**k off. I not so politely informed him that he was a worthless c**t and hung up... That's right, i called a man a c**t. Apparently that made him afraid or butt hurt because he called the cops. With out informing me, i was charged with mis use of a telephone by using an obscenity. I was never informed of a court date either. So in July I was told I had a warrant for failure to appear. I had my attorney schedule a return hearing. The DA scheduled the hearing for July 3rd. I received notice of the hearing on July 6th. By this point its pretty obvious that they are trying to make this escalate. Over the next couple weeks several attempts to talk me into letting them arrest me were made by the sheriff's department. Last Sunday morning a deputy who I have a good history with and we laugh and talk smart to each other stopped at my shop and asked what was up with me having a warrant. I explained the whole situation to him and he agreed it was stupid. I asked him to talk to the DA for me because I would not let myself be arrested for doing something any self respecting father would do. No attempt at any point was made to arrest me. We were laughing and joking when he left. Wed evening my attorney says im being charged with felonies for threats to law enforcement! Today I was told sauk county sheriff's department was planning a no knock raid on my place which would end terrible for everyone. I decided that my best course of action would be to disappear and prevent any further escalation.
Best part is... The kids a distant cousin of Tanners! Once I found out who the parents were, they became friends! None of this would have happened if they would have given me the name and phone number so i could resolve it myself all this could have been avoided.
I am asking everyone to call the district attorney's office and remind them they are an elected official and could easily lose their job over prosecuting a father for protecting his son.
