MKP Enterprises LLC is a new venture aimed at taking advantage of the progressively rebounding real estate market and the abundance of bank owned real estate during the market recovery and prior to the return of pre-bubble equity. The company was formed in 2013 with this express purpose in mind and the goal of getting all the background foundations established prior to taking on a project beginning in 2014.
The ownership of the company consists of Robert King - member manager, Shanin McCoy – member, and Craig Perry – member. King brings a deep knowledge in real estate investing from past experience as a consultant in acquiring rental properties through creative financing, advertising and long-term tenant placement. He has formal education in Project Management from DeVry University and has led a team in the successful design and implementation of an automated ventilation system for woodshops and other industrial ventilation handling applications from design concept through hardware and software build on budget and on schedule. King brings hands on experience in masonry/foundation work, remodeling, electrical (wiring), plumbing, drywall, framing, flooring, and trim work. He holds a technical diploma in Cabinet and Millwork design and a diploma in AutoCAD drafting –mechanical and architectural – with emphasis in 3D modeling. McCoy brings extensive knowledge of the construction trade with emphasis in roofing and siding, as well as bidding of materials and labor for jobs as well as, other home improvement services. He has a customer service background dealing in direct sales and providing great customer satisfaction. McCoy brings some college experience in business management and has provided property management services. Perry is new to the real estate business, but brings knowledge and experience of home remodeling projects including roofing and drywall on his personal property as well as a deep and purposeful work ethic. His educational background includes schooling in small engine repair, training as a supervisor with leadership courses during his long tenure as a volunteer firefighter where he presently holds a Lieutenants position, and a deep desire to learn. He has provided property management services on single-family home rental properties. MKP Enterprises LLC has built a team of professionals that includes real estate agents, inspectors, architects, contractors, accountants, tax professionals and legal advisors.
