outside work in all types of weather, requiring climbing, crawling, lifting and carrying heavy objects, oftentimes in confined areas. Challenging, interesting work. No prior experience in this field required, we will train on the job.
Applicant must have a minimum of a class D drivers license, a CDL would be a plus.
Starting pay is a minimum of $25 per hour, possibly more if you have some useful skills and fit in with the crew.
Paid holidays, paid time off, and a group health plan.
Monday through Thursday , typically no weekend work.

Happy House Moving Monday!

In our line of work you never know what the next phone call will bring.
Friday morning early I get a call from my neighbor, he says, “You moved a lighthouse before, can you please come move mine?” Of course, I said sure, I’ll be over this afternoon!
After we were invited to work on moving the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse in 1999, I didn’t think I’d get another opportunity to move a lighthouse; twenty six years later, it looks like I was wrong 😁
So we got our neighbor’s “Ol’ Barney” successfully raised a few feet higher and leveled up, it reminded me of our trip to Cape Hatteras and also the nice story that Jim DeFrancesco Sandpaper wrote about us. I thought maybe some of you might be interested in reading it.

Dutchman’s Brauhaus project update.
As part of our responsibility for this building being in our “Care, Custody, and Control”, we do weekly checks to monitor the condition of the building and our equipment, and perform maintenance as necessary. After the recent snow storm with the extra load placed on the building it was necessary to make adjustments to the interior shoring. We also checked the building for level with a laser level. We found the building to be slightly out of level due to settling, not unexpected considering the length of time the building has been setting on “temporary” shoring. We also found that some cribbing will need replacement in the near future, this will be addressed at a future date. While we are responsible for maintaining our shoring equipment, the property owner is responsible for maintaining site security and maintenance, we have no responsibility or control or over this.
Since the beginning of this project we have worked with the best interests of our client and the success of the project as a priority, and continue to do so. We are hopeful that whatever has halted progress will be resolved soon.

Happy house moving Monday!!!
We moved two houses for garage height pilings, Aaron Drive and Marin Drive, we also got a little more work done at Harold Drive the week before the snowstorm.
We have a lot of other projects on the schedule, including loading and moving a house on a barge, we’ll see how things go with everything frozen over🤷‍♂️

Good morning, happy Monday and happy new year.
We finished off 2025 and started off 2026 with an “easy” job 😁
We moved this home In two pieces, from Walter Blvd, to Harrold Lane within the Beach Haven West section of Stafford Township. Waiting for the foundation location inspection before we can set the house.
