1) If you ALREADY OWN A GENERATOR We can provide you with a permanent hardwired backup system to your electric panel for your portable generator so all you have to do is plug it in and turn the breaker on to restore power to your home.

2) If you DO NOT OWN A GENERATOR
We offer a package deal that INCLUDES a brand new portable generator with PUSH BUTTON & REMOTE START that can run on gasoline or propane along with the hardwired system to your panel as described in option 1.

3) If you want EASY or NO HASSLE
We offer a FULLY AUTOMATIC whole house natural gas OR propane powered GENERAC standby generator to restore your power without lifting a finger whether you’re at home or out of town.

Wallace Electric is looking to hire a JOURNEYMAN ELECTRICIAN

What qualifies you ask?
Here you go....

• 4 years experience in residential - MINIMUM
• Commercial experience- preferred
• IEC apprenticeship or trade school strongly preferred
• Proficient in reading blueprints
• Proficient troubleshooting skills
• Experience working with multiple voltages - single and three phase power (120, 240v, 208v, 277v)
• MUST have a great customer service attitude - will be working directly with homeowners, builders and contractors
• must be a good communicator
• valid driver license
• clean driving record
• Be willing to work occasional overtime
• must have hand tools - power tools will be provided
• MUST be dependable
• MUST have dependable transportation
• MUST be flexible and willing to work all across the St. Louis Metro area including Jefferson County and the St. Charles area.
(Wallace Electric works from North County to Jefferson County out to Lake St Louis and out to St Charles)

*Pay will be based on experience
*40 hour work weeks with occasional overtime
*vacation pay

Currently looking to hire a JOURNEYMAN ELECTRICIAN (at least 8000 OJT hours plus technical school or IEC apprenticeship)

MUST have valid class E (chauffeurs) driver license
MUST have dependable transportation
MUST be flexible to work at any jobsite in the metro area - St Louis, St Charles & Jefferson Co. areas
MUST be able to work between hours of 7am & 4pm with occasional overtime.

Company vehicle can be provided after 90 day probation. But candidate must be willing to work occasional emergency calls (evenings & weekends).
