This is Terrel Taylor, our founder, who started it all by building small cottages of around 1000 square feet in Oak Park. He believed every home should be built with the same care he would give his own family. In fact, he would build homes for his family and then sell them, which meant his youngest son, Greg, remembers moving again and again as Terrel built for others.

Today, those same values of quality, trust, and the Golden Rule guide the homes we build. From downsizing options to first-time homes, we create neighborhoods where people of all ages feel welcome and connected.
