Bringing in the muscle! 💪

After we took out the old condenser, he broke up the concrete pad that was too small for the new system. He only took about 5 swings to get in into more manageable chunks so we could carry it out!
This guy is a beast!

This 7 year old Trane system hasn’t been cleaned since it was installed 7 years ago! It finally stopped working completely, and we were called to help. After a good bath and a small refrigerant adjustment, this system is back up and running!

A new Trane Condenser and Coil, a RunTru Condenser and Coil, and a Trane furnace installed today! We are finishing up this last job now, getting everything dialed in perfectly before leaving! Bartlett Furnace Replacement!

This furnace had seen better days, and the new homeowners knew it was time for a change! After the initial inspection, we found a ton of issues on the furnace showing it had not been properly maintained for a long time! We quoted a new furnace and here are the progress pictures!

This one ended up being a doozy! As we started removing the furnace, we found the system was put together so poorly that everything started falling apart! The coil itself was filthy, so we made sure to clean it off thoroughly before proceeding - a vacuum, wire brush, and a no-rinse coil cleaner did wonders!

The install crew didn’t hesitate to pivot and adapt to the newfound needs of the furnace replacement. They built and installed an insulated transition, replaced the old venting, and installed a filter base to make air filter replacements easier. We even had to fix an old thermostat wiring issue found after the job was done!

She was so mad! 😡 Story below 👇

We had a client call us today - very angry about what another company told her. She said that she had an HVAC tech from a big company there with her, and he told her that we installed a “used part”, which made other things break, and now she is being quoted a new system.

We assured her that we most definitely do not install used parts, the story he was giving her did not add up to the symptoms she was having, and we would 100% honor our warranty if it was something that we installed/worked on!

As soon as the other company’s technician heard that we were on the phone, they immediately packed up and left. They knew their blatant lie to sell this sweet lady a new system was not going to hold up to scrutiny!

We headed that way immediately, did our own diagnosis, and found the system had a bad blower motor capacitor and a somewhat dirty filter… that’s it. No safety issues. No leaks in the system. No “used parts”. No need for a new system.

Beers and Montgomery are two names that are built on trustworthy, honest, knowledgeable, and friendly service. We will not sacrifice our integrity for a quick buck, or sell you a new system just because it’s old.
