Just a reminder when the weather is this cold, and it will be for the next week roughly!

The biggest tip to give is to turn your main water valve off if you do have frozen pipes. That way if the pipes thaw and burst when you are sleeping or not at home, it will only drain what is in the pipes and not continuously run causing more damage. Stay safe out there!!

A little before and after of a new laundry tub, sump pump, battery back up and new heater. Customers basement flooded with a foot of water, so we installed a new water heater and provided a new battery back system with its own discharge and new single bin laundry tub and faucet.

The most important tool of every job...a properly stocked and clean work truck. Oh, and is the next most important. 👍🏼

Customer said their sewer stack was leaking. You can see the copper was split completely on the underside. Removed the 3" adapter out of the 3" cast iron and installed a new 3" pvc adapter. Also removed the copper water lines and installed all new shut off valves for the faucet, ice maker and dishwasher. Lowered the kitchen drain to accommodate for a future undermount sink. Which most people don't realize needs to be done when you switch to granite with a deeper sink that is undermount and increased the drain to the proper size for a double bowl sink and disposal.
