We’re hiring a Project Architect to join our Peak3 Design team.
Peak3 Design is a luxury architecture and design company focused on ultra-luxury residential homes in resort communities across the country. Our work is rooted in thoughtful design, technical excellence, and a commitment to delivering exceptional homes with precision.
We’re looking for a skilled architect/designer with strong Revit expertise to help develop conceptual designs into detailed BIM models, construction drawings, and presentation-ready visuals. This role will collaborate closely with our Director of Design and project teams to bring extraordinary residential projects to life.
We're looking for someone with:
• 3–5+ years of architectural design experience
• Advanced Revit / BIM proficiency
• Strong technical drawing and documentation skills
• Experience coordinating with consultants and project teams
• High attention to detail and design sensibility
Preferred experience includes high-end residential, rendering tools such as Enscape or Lumion, and licensure or progress toward licensure.
