TCS Mechanical was proud to help sponsor the Women Build America event at Cedar Creek High School with lunch and supplies! 💙🔨 We want to give a shout out to our apprentice, Izzy, for working with the students today!

This incredible event, hosted by Roscoe Bank and Corner Stone Lending, gave young women the opportunity to explore the skilled trades through hands-on carpentry activities that showcased both creativity and craftsmanship. From learning new skills to building confidence, these students represented the future of our industry in the best way possible.

At TCS, we believe the trades are for everyone, and we are committed to supporting and encouraging women in construction every chance we get. Thank you to everyone who helped make this event such a success, we’re proud of these young ladies who stepped out of their comfort zone and learned new skills! 👷‍♀️✨

TCS Mechanical is proud to support our youth at the recent Bastrop & Smithville livestock shows! Watching these students grow through their ag programs is something we truly believe in. The responsibility, ownership, and real-world skills they develop will carry with them for the rest of their lives.

From early mornings and late nights caring for their animals, to confidently speaking with buyers and navigating challenges along the way, these students are building character, resilience, and respect. That’s exactly why TCS is so passionate about supporting the next generation.

This is what it looks like to give back to our employees. Over FOUR weekends, we’ve had the privilege of hosting TCS employees’ children at our company deer lease, and it just keeps growing.

In January, TCS Mechanical was notified that we had been nominated for the Community Impact Award by the Austin Regional Manufacturing Association—and today, at the awards luncheon, we were honored to be named the recipient.

We are truly grateful to be recognized alongside so many outstanding businesses and leaders in our region. This award represents more than a win; it serves as meaningful validation of our ongoing commitment to community engagement and workforce development.

We extend our sincere appreciation to our team members who consistently step forward to mentor, educate, and inspire the next generation of skilled trades professionals. In construction, we often spend more time on the jobsite with our coworkers than we do at home. Building a healthy work environment and creating space to connect beyond the jobsite matters just as much as beating a schedule.
