💥looks so refreshing💥

Our team just completed this amazing transformation on this overgrown and forgotten back yard🥀🥀

We first started in the very back by clearing and cleaning up the back yard in preparation for the new pergola and flagstone patio🪨🪨

We worked our way out by laying fresh new zoysia grass along with adding a brand new irrigation system to keep it alive💦💦

And for the main attraction on the side of the house we added a pool with flagstone coping to beat the summer heat along with it being able to be heated in the winter to enjoy it all year long🏊🏼🏊🏼

💥been so busy with work and life we have been forgetting to post💥

Our team just got done wrapping up this beautiful home with many additions and changing the pathways up🦾🦾

This client wanted to add some flower beds in the front and redo all the path ways with flagstone and river rock in the joints to give it a clean and simple look🪨🪨

We also added another 3 feet of concrete around their existing pool along with adding Cool Coat to the concrete for them to have some seating area💦💦

💥back like we never left💥

Our team just finished this amazing transformation with new grass, flagstone, and new irrigation🔥🔥

We came in cleaned up the pine straw, striped the little bit of grass that was there, and leveled out the areas where the flagstone was going🦾🦾

We trenched all new irrigation and put down new topsoil for the new zoysia sod to be installed💦💦

We then put down a layer of roadbase, compacted it, and laid a new pathway of flagstone. Customer wanted to add a Texas star in a piece of the pathway to add a little more detail🪨🪨

💥that pool looks real good with the heat that summer has brought💥

Our team just finished up this project for a client that wanted a Cowboy pool installed to beat the summer heat🔥🔥

They had a bunch of old material that was previously a raised bed. We had to excavate all the existing soil and debris to begin digging the hole for the pool 🪏🪏

After all the material was removed we came back and set the pool to grade and built the deck around the pool, followed up with building a retaining wall for the newly added decomposed granite to stay in play🪨🪨

💥we really do it all💥

We just wrapped up this smaller project for a former customer that wanted to add on to the previous road they had going up to their house.🛣️🛣️

We added a new “driveway” to the side gate of the lawn along with a 20x20 parking pad in front of it. We also added a circle drive between the two barns so they no longer have to drive through the wash outs and in the mud when it rains.🦾🦾

💥we really do it all💥

We just finished up this gorgeous bridge for the and it turned out awesome🔥🔥

We first ripped off all the old composite decking and rotted hand rails. We then got to the sub frame of the bridge and repaired it all with new pressure treated lumber🪵🪵

We then built all the sub frame back twice as strong and placed all new composite decking on top. We came on top of that and replaced the hand rails with new metal rails and new pressure treated post with post caps to tie it all in🦾🦾

We finally painted all the sub frame to finish off the look and make it last that much longer🎨🎨

💥back again💥

The weather was not on our side with this job but our team knocked it out of the park💦💦

This customer wanted all new grass, new flowerbeds, and updated irrigation to spruce up his curb appeal🔥🔥

We first stripped away all the old Bermuda grass that was riddled with weeds and took out the existing bed/plants in the front🦾🦾

Followed up by laying new Zoysia sod down, added a new limestone border around the new bed in the front, adding some river rock in the back, and adding new mulch rings around the trees in the front and back🪨🪨

Simple and clean was the goal and we understood the assignment on project.

💥we can do it all💥

We just wrapped up this beautiful deck at customers house🪑🪑

We first had to remove the old deck that was there and rotted out. We used all treated wood for the sub structure with it all elevated off the ground to keep it from rotting again. 🦾🦾

We then finished it off with a composite decking that will last a lifetime and is super easy to maintain. For the cherry on top, we put a new handrail at the customers request to tie it all together🔥🔥
