This week, our friends Colby and Carey gave us a call about a property that needed some attention before photos and listing day. 😅

The landscaping had gotten a little out of control, but that’s where we come in! We jumped in, knocked out the overgrowth, cleaned everything up, and helped get the property ready to shine for potential buyers. 🌿✂️🏠

We completed a full landscape refresh that included:
✅ Complete clean out
✅ New landscape fabric
✅ Fresh mulch install
✅ Trimming & cleanup

We also talked through adding some deer-resistant plants 🌿🦌 since the local deer population has been enjoying the flower beds a little too much 😅
